All about Product Credit
Product Credit (PC) allows you to purchase the latest apparel, accessories, and skincare.
The opportunity to earn Product Credit starts when you sign up as a New Ambassador – get the scoop!
From there, it keeps getting better. Find all the ways you can consistently earn Product Credit in Programs & Perks! Plus, we offer incentives throughout the year that enable you to earn even more.
When is Product Credit issued?
It depends on which achievement or incentive earned, for example can be earned monthly like the $100/$120 Product Credit for selling 1,000+ PCQV by end of the month is added within 5 business days of the new month.
Go for Bronze incentive Product Credit is issued as earned and is displayed in your Lounge Business dashboard.
Where can I check my Product Credit balance?
In your Ambassador Lounge go to My Settings > Credits & Coupons > Product Credit. Here you will see your Product Credit available and the Expiration Date.
What can I buy with Product Credit?
Product Credit applies to all product – apparel, jewelry, bags, accessories, skincare and makeup!
How do I redeem Product Credit?
When placing an Ambassador order in your Ambassador Lounge, add your available Product Credit on the Shopping Bag page. Click “Update” and proceed to checkout.
Please note that Product Credit applies to the current retail value of the item and will not apply to 25% Ambassador discount..
Your Product Credit will first apply to the current retail value, then if there is any remaining balance, your applicable discount will apply.
Depending on your state’s tax laws, you may be charged tax on Product Credit.
When does Product Credit expire?
Product Credit expires 60 days after the date of issue.
Please note, once credits expire we cannot reinstate so be sure to use your credits before they expire!
