Your Shop Offers: Free Shipping FAQs

When: Monday, 3/7, at 9 am PT

What: It is easier than ever before to cover the cost of shipping for your most valued customers! A new Free Shipping customer offer will be available to use at your discretion, or as an always-on offer on your PWS (aka, “Your Shop”), which can be toggled ON/OFF from a new “Your Shop Offers” Settings page in the AMB Lounge.

How much will this cost me and why do I have to pay for it?

The Free Shipping shop offer is a win-win-WIN deal! Your customer gets VIP treatment when they save on shipping, you close the sale with no extra upfront cost in money OR time, and you earn more credit to sample all the latest trends in style and beauty… #winning!

  • Your Shop Offer – PWS: Customers will get Free Shipping when this is activated in your Lounge settings, and a customer orders from your PWS.  Order must meet the threshold of $100US/$125CA.
    • $5.00 USD/ $6.00 CAD cost (through a reduction in your PRV equivalent to that amount)
    • In exchange, you will receive Product Credit of $5/$6
  • Your Shop Offer – Lounge:  Always on, but applied to orders placed by you from the Lounge at your discretion.
    • $7.95 USD / $12.95 CAD  (through a reduction in your PRV equivalent to that amount) if the order meets a $50 USD/ $75 CAD minimum order value after promotions and discounts 
    • In exchange, you will receive Product Credit of $7.95US/12.95CA
      • Lower threshold only available for lounge placed orders.
    • $5.00 USD/ $6.00 CAD cost (through a reduction in your PRV equivalent to that amount) if the order meets a $100/ $125 CAD minimum order value after promotions and discounts
      • In exchange, you will receive Product Credit of $5 US/$6 CA
    • Gift Cards cannot be used with Ambassador-placed orders when Free Shipping shop offer is applied, for the same reason these cannot be combined with Insiders Club Membership signup orders.

***Ambassadors will always have the option to attach the Free Shipping offer to a customer order that meets the order minimum when placing through the lounge/MIMI. This lounge offer (with associated PC Swap) is available to Ambassadors even if not opted into the PWS Free Shipping offer.

***Customer orders containing the Free Shipping shop offer cannot be reassigned to a different Ambassador due to the offer being available only at the Ambassador’s discretion, and the resulting volume reduction.

Related customer offers:

  • Insiders Club: always on for Member orders (initial and repeat) when the order meets the threshold of $100 US/$125CA.  You will receive a Product Credit swap of $5 US/$6 US (There is no longer a .8 reduction for items when loyalty credits are used)
  • Subscribe to Save: always on for initial and repeat orders when the Subscription meets the threshold of $100US/$125CA.  You will receive a PC swap of $5 US/$6 US

The Free Shipping offers can only be added to eligible orders that meet a minimum order value after promotions and discounts, which protects you from being charged more for the offer than you’d earn in commission on these orders.

The cost of the Free Shipping shop offer will be automatically deducted from your commission on the order instead of charged separately to your saved payment method. In exchange, you will receive Product Credit when the order is ready to ship.

How do I turn the Free Shipping shop offer on and off?

Go to your Lounge > Account Details > Your Shop Offers page. The “Free Shipping” toggle gives you full control to turn this offer ON or OFF whenever you’d like. When you change from ON to OFF or OFF to ON, the change goes into effect immediately.

Starting 3/7, the default behavior for this feature will be ON for all Ambassadors. If an Ambassador does not want to have this offer enabled on their PWS, they can simply follow the steps above to opt out by turning the toggle to OFF.

How do I include the Free Shipping shop offer in an existing order or Share-a-Bag with it?

Step 1: If you intend to place the order for your customer OR send them a Share-a-Bag link, go to the main Lounge menu and click on Create Customer Order. When the Create Orders page loads, click on the “Create Order” button under the Customer/Hostess Order section on top.

Step 2: Select an Event or Host (or skip this step) and select a Contact (or skip this step). When you get to the Quick Add screen, search for and add the items to the order as you normally would.

Step 3: In the promo message banner section, you will see a message prompting you to add items to the cart if you have an empty cart or one that hasn’t yet met the order minimum.

Step 4: Once you’ve added items and met the order minimum, the message will update to indicate your customer has qualified for free shipping. 

Step 5: Click on “Add Free Shipping on me!” to reduce your customer’s shipping expense by $7.95 USD / $12.95 CAD. NOTE: this is a fixed discount amount, so if you choose expedited shipping, your customer will still be charged the difference (plus tax). You should now see the cost of shipping reduced by the Free Shipping shop offer. Remember: your customer gets free shipping, and you exchange a portion of your commission payout on this order equal to the cost of the discount for the same value in Product Credits.

Step 6: Once you’ve added the Free Shipping shop offer to the order, the message will update again to confirm that the offer has been added.

Step 7: Confirm the items in the order and that the Free Shipping shop offer is present in the summary and either continue to place the order or send the Share-a-Bag link to your customer so they can complete the order checkout on their own.    

How do I allow my customer to add the Free Shipping shop offer to an order they’re placing on PWS?

Step 1: Make sure that you have turned on the Free Shipping shop offer on your Lounge > Account Details > Your Shop Offer page. Confirm that the “Free Shipping” toggle is switched ON.

Step 2: Your customer can browse on your PWS and add items to their Bag. When they go to their Bag, your customer will see their Bag page and the items they have added.

Step 3: In the promo message banner area with the gray background color, they will see a message prompting them to shop now if they have not yet met the $100 USD / $125 CAD order minimum to take advantage of the Free Shipping you are offering. Clicking on Shop Now will take them to the Home Page where they can browse New Arrivals and other bestsellers.

Step 4: Once the customer has met the order minimum, the promo message will update to indicate the free shipping has been applied, and free shipping will automatically add to their bag. 

Step 5: The customer can proceed with Checkout and place their order. Note that they will see the Shipping total at $0 to them (less the shipping discount amount if they choose expedited shipping), but you will be covering the sample cost through a commission reduction on the order.  

Is there a limit to how many a customer can receive?

There is NO LIMIT to the number of Free Shipping offers redeemed by any customer. As long as they place a qualifying order, and you have enabled the Free Shipping shop offer, your customers will qualify for the shipping discount.

Can a Free Shipping offer be combined with any other offer?

Yes!  Free Shipping offer can be combined with other offers as long as the promotion requirements are met.  Please note that if your customer qualifies for free shipping through Insiders Club, or Subscribe to Save, this will take priority over Your Shop Offer.  

How can I see my orders or contacts that have received the Free Shipping shop offer?

In Lounge Orders, filter by “Your Shop Offer” to view a list of Orders that redeemed a Your Shop Offer.  

How does the commission reduction work for when the Free Shipping shop offer is redeemed?

For the Free Shipping shop offer, if  you have placed the order for your customer, your total order PRV will be reduced by the amount needed to cover the cost of the shipping discount. If your customer placed their order on your PWS, your total order PRV will be reduced by $5 USD/ $6 CAD.  With the order thresholds, we’ll ensure your total order PRV is never less than zero. You will only have reduced earnings on the first 20% commission, so your total PRV for the Power Seller Bonus will not be reduced by this adjustment.

Here is an example of how the PRV reduction is calculated on an order that has the Free Shipping shop offer.

US Customer order with $150 in items, totaling 150 PRV

Free shipping Shop Offer results in a PRV reduction of 25 PRV ($5 / 0.20 = 25)

PRV Total: 150 – 25 = 125

20% Commission payout: $25 + $5 in PC

Can I use Product Credits to pay for the Free Shipping shop offer?

No, not at this time.

What if a customer chooses expedited shipping and adds the Free Shipping shop offer?

The Free Shipping shop offer is a fixed shipping discount amount of $7.95 USD / $12.95 CAD, regardless of the shipping service level selected on the order. So your customer’s shipping expense is only  “Free” when they choose the base shipping rate. If they choose expedited shipping, your customer will owe the difference after the fixed discount amount is applied, plus tax. Your commission exchange for product credit will never be more than the amount of the shipping discount if you placed the order in the Lounge, or by $5 USD/ $6 CAD if your customer placed their order on your PWS..

What if a customer uses Store Credits or Gift Cards, how does that affect the Free Shipping discount?

Store Credits and Gift Cards are applied after an order has been totaled, just like cash. If a Free Shipping shop offer reduces the shipping cost to $0, then store credits/gift cards will apply entirely towards the orders items. The Free Shipping shop offer will still result in a commission payout exchange for Product Credits of equal value. Since store credits and gift cards also reduce PRV, it may be possible to have zero PRV on the order. 

If there is insufficient PRV on the order items to cover the full exchange for Product Credits, then the effective exchange value will be reduced to only the amount available on the order. You’ll still get the full offer amount back in Product Credits.

Here’s an example:

Order containing a single $100 item with 100.00 PRV, including a Free Shipping shop offer for $7.95 off shipping.

$90.00 in store credit applied entirely towards the item, which reduces the available PRV from 100.00 to 10.00

39.75 PRV exchange needed for the $7.95 Free Shipping shop offer, but is capped at 10.00 PRV, or $2 commission payout (at 20%), for 7.95 in Product Credits.

Your Shop Offers: $10 off New Customer Offer

When: Monday, 4/4, at 9 am PT

What: The “New Customer Offer” is a great way to help convert new customers by offering them $10 off their first order of $100 USD/$125 CAD! The “New Customer Offer” will be available to use at your discretion, or as an always-on offer on your PWS (aka, “Your Shop”), which can be toggled ON/OFF from the  “Your Shop Offers” Settings page in the AMB Lounge.

  • For a limited time, during the month of April (4/4 – 4/30) the New Customer Shop Offer will be FREE for Ambassadors, no commission reduction/PC swap. This is a great advantage to take in April to help you seal the deal with new customers. The offer will automatically be applied to new customer orders with no commission reduction for the month of April.
  • PC Swap/Commission reduction will begin when the New Customer Offer is redeemed on orders placed after 4/30.

Lounge/Mimi Redemption:

  • In the Lounge/MIMI, Ambassadors can attach the New Customer offer to a customer order that meets a $100 USD / $125 CAD order minimum.
  • When the New Customer Offer is enabled on “Your Shop” (PWS), you can also share a $100 USD / $125 CAD bag with a customer and ask them to complete the checkout.
  • You may place an order on behalf of a customer from the Lounge/MIMI with the New Customer Offer applied, whether or not you have enabled the offer on your Shop. 
  • You must create a contact for the new customer in order to apply the offer.  
  • Beginning 5/1, Ambassadors attaching the New Customer offer to their customer orders in the Lounge/MIMI will swap $5 US/ $6 CAD of their commission payout for the same value in Product Credits.

PWS Redemption:

  • Your new customers can redeem the New Customer offer on a qualifying order while checking out on “Your Shop” (PWS) as long as (1) you have enabled the “New Customer” shop offer and (2) their order has met the  $100 USD / $125 CAD  order minimum after promotions and discounts. The offer will be automatically added to their cart, and they simply proceed with completing the order as usual.
  • New customers must register an account and be logged in to receive $10 off their first order.
  • Beginning 5/1, Ambassadors will swap $5 US/ $6 CAD of their commission payout for the same value in Product Credits when New Customer offers are redeemed on PWS orders.

How do I turn the New Customer shop offer on and off?

Go to your Lounge > Account Details > Your Shop Offers page. The “New Customer Offer” toggle gives you full control to turn this offer ON or OFF whenever you’d like. When you change from ON to OFF or OFF to ON, the change goes into effect immediately.

Customers must have a registered account and be logged in while ordering so the system can determine if they are “new”. After they place their first order, they are no longer considered a “New Customer”.

Who can become a S&D Insiders Club member?

All customers are eligible to become S&D Insiders Club members. Ambassadors are not eligible to become S&D Insiders Club members.

How does a customer sign up for S&D Insiders Club?

There are 2 ways a customer can get a S&D Insiders Club membership:

1. Enroll directly at stelladot.com/styleclub. Add the subscription to bag or search for “S&D Insiders Club” and add to bag. 

2. An Ambassador can sign up customers in Lounge and on Dottie by adding the S&D Insiders Club membership to bag.

How does the Welcome gift work?

There will be prompts in cart once the S&D Insiders Club membership has been added to bag encouraging the customer to add at least $50 in Style to their cart to qualify for the free welcome gift. The Membership and welcome gift must be in the same cart along with $50 in product for the welcome gift to discount. Please note, the welcome gift promo acts very similar to SSEOs, see below:

If a customer is becoming a S&D Insiders Club member and has two welcome gifts in cart + at least $50 in style, the lower value welcome gift will discount to zero.

The $50 in Style required to check out with the free gift excludes tax, shipping, any free gift styles, and the cost of the S&D Insiders Club membership

  • Host rewards can be applied to the S&D Insiders Club gift styles, however, rewards will apply equally across all styles in cart including the free gift
  • Your customer can not buy the same item that they are getting as their free gift (example: she wants two Silver sculptural bangles, one as her free gift and one she wants to purchase) – the second silver bangle will not add to cart

How does Free Ship work?

Free shipping will apply to the customer’s initial S&D Insiders Club order once the S&D Insiders Club membership has been added to cart over $100/$125. If the customer tries to place a subsequent qualified order within a 2 hour window the free shipping will not apply because it takes 2 hours for the system to enroll the customer in S&D Insiders Club.

The Ambassador will have a reduction in their PRV equivalent of $5/$6 CAD of commission and swapped for $5/$6 CAD PC back into your account. The PRV reduction only applies to 20% base personal sales commission. The PRV reduction does not impact PQV or PCQV. 

Do Style for a Steal and Host 40% off credits count towards the $50 free gift threshold?

Yes. The $50 threshold is calculated on cart subtotal so the remaining balance of monthly Style for a Steal; and host 40% off would count towards the $50.

What do I as the Ambassador receive with S&D Insiders Club sign up orders?

A customer is significantly more likely to place another purchase within 60 days! Please note that there is no PQV or commissions paid on the S&D Insiders Club membership fee.

Please note the following restrictions when purchasing the S&D Insiders Club membership:

  • The S&D Insiders Club membership purchase cannot be returned. No exceptions.
  • The S&D Insiders Club membership cannot be included in a split payment order.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used on an order containing a S&D Insiders Club membership.
  • The S&D Insiders Club membership DOES count towards Host Rewards.
  • The S&D Insiders Club SKU must be added to basket in order to check out. There will be several prompts that guide them to meet their minimums for the free gift and free ship benefits
  • Free gift must be in cart during the same transaction as S&D Insiders Club membership purchase with at least $50 in style (excluding tax, shipping, S&D Insiders Club membership)

Only one S&D Insiders Club membership can be added to bag at a time

Host Rewards credits, and 40% off coupons cannot be used to purchase the subscription. However, Store Credit can be used on the subscription.

The S&D Insiders Club membership can only be applied to customer orders, Ambassadors cannot add the S&D Insiders Club membership to personal orders

How long do S&D Insiders Club Benefits last?

S&D Insiders Club members get to enjoy the perks benefits for 1 year from the membership purchase date. 

Is a customer’s membership automatically renewed after 1 year?

The S&D Insiders Club membership does not automatically renew. Customers will receive an email encouraging them to renew their membership 30 days, 2 weeks, and 1 day before their membership expires. Ambassadors will be cc’d on all S&D Insiders Club expiration emails for awareness.

How does my customer cancel their membership?

Your customer will need to contact the Delight Center in order to cancel their subscription. S&D Insiders Club benefits will continue for one year from membership purchase date even if the membership is cancelled ahead of that date.

Can I cancel my customers’ membership on their behalf?

If a customer decides not to renew their S&D Insiders Club membership, what happens to their remaining credits?

Credits will remain with that customer after cancellation and will expire within 60 days of issue date.

Can I combine offers with S&D Insiders Club perks?

Yes! Host rewards, birthday rewards, monthly Style for a Steal, Subscribe to Save, and the majority of offers will work alongside S&D Insiders Club perks. If not, we will clearly call out that the promo cannot be combined in the FAQs.

What happens if a customer at an Event is a S&D Insiders Club member?

All S&D Insiders Club perks are tied to that customer. As long as you are placing an order under the customer’s account registered with S&D Insiders Club all benefits will apply on Event orders.

What happens to my commission on S&D Insiders Club repeat orders?

If a customer uses their free ship or credits on a S&D Insiders Club order, you receive 100% QV on the order and 100% PRV. If a customer is a S&D Insiders Club member but does not use free ship or credits with their order you receive 100% QV and 100% PRV on that order.

If I enrolled the customer in S&D Insiders Club and then they shop with another Ambassador, what happens?

No matter where your customer goes, their benefits will follow them and apply to all future orders. Use this as an opportunity to serve those in your contacts who are S&D Insiders Club members and use personal service and outreach to get that repeat order.

What marketing will my customer’s see for S&D Insiders Club?

There will be messaging on the site throughout the checkout process as well as the landing page stelladot.com/styleclub. 

What emails will my S&D Insiders Club customers receive?

Your customers will receive the following emails:

  • A welcome email to the program that you will be cc’d on. 
  • On occasion, S&D Insiders Club members will receive special perks such as early accesses to a new line or sale. This will be communicated to Ambassadors in the promo FAQs and S&D Insiders Club members will receive a dedicated email on the offer.

Due to Ontario and Quebec province laws and regulations, credits will not expire for S&D Insiders Club members with a billing address in these regions. Please note, these customers will initially see a 60 day expiration date under Credits & Rewards, this date will be extended by 100 years within 30 days of purchase.

How does a customer put orders on Subscribe To Save?
It’s simple! Creating Subscribe To Save for an item can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe, simply select the Subscribe To Save option for your desired product, select your preferred shipping frequency, and then check out as normal.

Can Ambassadors send a shopping bag to a customer with Subscribe To Save selected for them to complete the order process?
Yes!

Please note: Subscribe to Save repeat orders cannot be added to events.

Can Ambassadors place or change orders on Subscribe To Save for customers?
No, for the security of your customer, she must personally place/change orders on Subscribe To Save and agree to the Customer Subscribe To Save Terms & Conditions.

How much do I earn on Subscribe to Save orders? 

Ambassadors earn commission on S2S orders. If the S2S order qualifies for free ship (orders over $100/$125 CAD) for your customer, $5/$6 CAD of your commission will be swapped with $5/$6 CAD in Product Credit. 

The Ambassador will have a reduction in their PRV equivalent of $5/$6 CAD of commission and swapped for $5/$6 CAD PC back into your account. The PRV reduction only applies to a 20% base personal sales commission.  Your PQV and PCQV are not impacted by the PRV reduction.

How do you edit a  Subscribe to Save order?

  • For Customers: 
    Customers can make adjustments online, anytime up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order date. You can change your delivery frequency or next order date at any time. 

  1. Log in to customer account 
  2. Go to ‘My Account Settings’
  3. Then locate, ‘My Subscriptions’ 
  4. They can change the date of the order, or add an item to their next S2S order as a one-time addition for that shipment only. Clicking “Add Item” opens a search box for them to search for and add the add-on item.
  5. Customers can see all of their active subscriptions and can cancel or edit an S2S subscription from the All Subscriptions tab on their My Subscriptions page.
  6. Customers can see all of their canceled subscriptions on the All Subscriptions tab as well.
  7. Save changes 

Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

If I want to order the full Regimen on my first initial order but then want to change which products are received and select different shipping schedules for each one, is that possible?
For the initial Regimen order, you will need to place the full Regimen on Subscribe To Save to take advantage of all of the savings, including free shipping. If you then decide that you do not need the full Regimen on the date scheduled, simply update or change your subscription under ‘My Account Settings’ → ‘My Subscriptions.’ To ensure updates to your subscription are still eligible for the free gift make changes within the subscription management system, under ‘My Account Settings’ → ‘My Subscriptions.’

Can you select Subscribe To Save for each product to be scheduled for different times?
Yes! Each product can be ordered and added to Subscribe To Save separately, with each having a distinct shipping frequency.

I would like to place a one-time order for a product that I do not have on Subscribe To Save, can it be added to my next Subscribe To Save order to combine and save on shipping?
Yes, you can add any product to an upcoming Subscribe To Save order and save on shipping! To add your one-time purchase, go to Account Settings > My Subscriptions and on the My Next Order tab you can add the item as an add-on item to your next subscription.

Note: No, only subscribed products will have 10% off. 

How do I cancel a Subscribe To Save or Auto-Delivery order?
You can cancel online at any time up to 24 hours before the next order date by editing your Settings:

  • For Customers: Visit ‘My Account Settings’ -> ‘My Subscriptions ’ -> and click ‘edit’ or ‘cancel’ for the particular active replenishment order you want to cancel.  Ambassadors can also help to cancel their customer’s orders. View this video for details.
  • For Ambassadors: From the Lounge go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘My Subscribe To Save’ and click ‘edit’ or ‘cancel’ for the particular active replenishment order you want to cancel.

When will Subscribe Save orders charge and when will I know it shipped?
You will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for each shipment on the requested schedule. A reminder email will be sent to customers 3 days before the Subscribe To Save order is scheduled to process, allowing time for necessary adjustments 24 hours before the order date. Customers will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and an additional notification when your order has shipped.

How can I see a future Subscribe To Save order date?
This can be viewed in your Subscribe To Save settings:

  • For Customers: ‘My Subscriptions ’ located within the ‘My Account Settings’ section in your account.  Click “Edit” to adjust any product order details.
  • For Ambassadors: From the Lounge go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘My Auto Deliveries’ and click the “Edit” section to adjust any product order details.
    This is also where you will go to change your delivery frequency, next order date or to cancel.

If I add multiple products on Subscribe To Save that are each set for a different frequency, does the total of all of my Subscribe To Save orders qualify me for free shipping?
The qualification for free shipping is determined by looking at the total amount spent when the order for each product processes. If you have one or more products processed on the same day, those items are combined, one order is created and the total spend for that order is used to determine qualification for shipping.

When will customers see the 10% back in Product Credit in their customer account?
Customers will see the 10% back in Product Credit in their customer account after the 2-hour order cancellation window.

When do Subscribe to Save Product Credits for Customers and Ambassadors expire?

How do I upgrade a link to an event? 

  1. Simply create an event for that customer as usual. Go to: Events > Book an Event to create an event. 
  2. Choose your event dates 
  3. This will extend their current earnings period to the date selected automatically. The link will stay the exact same! 

What reporting do I have? 

  • See Link for every customer in their customer profile. 
  • Click ‘In SD Rewards Earning Period ’ to see all customers currently earning rewards. This will show the end date and total earned to date. 

How do the 30 days work? 

The 30 day earning period starts when the first order is placed against a link. That order could be a customer or the Hostess’ personal order. The Hostess has 30 days to share and earn rewards before the rewards period resets. To extend the rewards period, create an event for the customer. This will automatically extend the earning period to the dates you selected when creating an event.

How is a Host Link different from an Event? 

The links are one and the same. The event creation allows a Host Link expiration to be extended. 

How do you create an event? 

An Event must be set up by an Ambassador in the Lounge. Go to: Events > Book an Event to create an event.

How does this work for Ambassadors?

For example: 

Claire has a cart of $200 retail when shopping a personal order in her lounge. $150 of the cart is of style items. With the Ambassador 25% off of the new cart total is $150, and the new total for the style items is $112.50. 

Claire qualifies for the 10% back in PC because the total of the style items after all discounts is still over $100. The amount of PC that Claire earns is off of the amount paid on the applicable style items, she receives $11.25 in PC. 

When does Product Credit expire?

Birthday Rewards


Our Birthday Rewards program is a way to show a little extra love to our customers during their birthday month! Customers with eligible birthdays will receive $25 USD/ $30 CAD off their purchase of $75 USD/ $90 CAD valid beginning the first of every month at 12:01 am PT and ending the last day of every month at 11:59 pm PT. The discount will automatically apply to the first qualifying order they place during their birthday rewards redemption dates.   

Customers with eligible birthdays will be notified via email the first week of their birthday month. In order to redeem, customers with birthdays (entered into their account) must add $75 USD/ $90 CAD or more of the product to their cart. Once $75/ $90 CAD worth of items are added to the cart, the discount will automatically apply in the cart to full-priced styles. The birthday promo will expire at the end of your customer’s birthday month unless otherwise stated in the FAQs.

How do I view my monthly birthday customers?
Customers with eligible birthdays will be notified via email the first week of their birthday month. Ambassadors will receive a copy of the email that your customers will receive, however, to spare your inbox, we will not be CCing Ambassadors on each customer email. Instead, you can easily reference your Birthday customers in the Lounge by following these steps:

  1. Log into the Lounge and go to ‘View Contacts’
  2. Select the filters: ‘Birthday this month,’ ‘customer,’ ‘host,’ and then click, ‘Apply’
  3. You will then see a list of customers that have  Birthday Rewards to redeem. 

Does my customer need to be opted into marketing emails to be eligible for this promotion?
No! While your customers will receive an email reminding them of their birthday rewards, the discount is automatically loaded to customer accounts and will not require a promo code via email.

How will my customer receive this offer?
Each customer with an eligible birthday will have the birthday rewards promo automatically uploaded to their customer account. Redeeming is easy! Simply follow the below instructions: 

1. Log in to your customer account

Can my Host redeem this offer?

How will this promotion work with other promotions?
Please keep in mind, Birthday Rewards are applied to full-price products only. My customer doesn’t have an account, how can she create one?
She can create an account in the following 3 ways:

  1. Place an order through her Ambassador! An account is automatically created for a customer when she places a Stella & Dot order. She’ll then need to set a password later in order to enter and edit any account information.
  2. Host an Event! An account is automatically created for a customer when she signs up to host an Event. She’ll then need to set a password later using the “Recover Password” flow.
  3. Create an account on your personal website! During this process, ask her to create an account and password on your personal website. Once this is done, she can enter/edit her own account information.

What if my customer makes a return on the order, will the credit be added back to their account?
No, if your customer makes a return on the order they will not receive the credit back to their account. 

What if my customer does not have any eligible items in their cart to receive the promo?

If your customer has only discounted item in their cart, the Birthday Rewards promo will remain in their account and will be eligible on the next order within their birthday month.

Why are Birthday Rewards redeemable on full-price items only?

Birthday Rewards will now apply to full-priced items only (this means that all sale and promotional items will be excluded from this promo).  The offer will auto-apply to the first qualifying purchase during the customer’s birthday month. This means, if the customer makes a purchase in which the Birthday Rewards will not apply, the rewards will be saved to their account and auto-apply to their order of $75 USD/ $90 CAD, on the full-price items only.
