Getting Started

Getting paid is as easy as 1-2-3:
  1. Upon enrollment, you will receive a welcome email notifying you that your account is ready for activation from notifications@stelladotpay.com. Follow the instructions in this email to activate your account. Be sure to have your Ambassador ID on hand.
  2. Within 2 weeks after you’ve activated your account, you will receive a personalized Stella & Dot branded compensation card in the mail to use with your account.
  3. Upon receiving your personalized compensation card in the mail you can activate it online at https://www.stelladotpay.com/card. Simply follow the instructions to activate your card and set up your payment preferences.

You decide where you want your earnings to go!

When you activate your compensation card, you must set up your account to transfer your commission payments to your card, which can be used at any merchant that accepts Visa. Use your pay card just like you would a debit card.

You can also can automatically transfer some or all of the funds to the bank account of your choice.

You will be charged a flat monthly transfer fee of $2.00 USD | $2.50 CAD allowing you to transfer funds from the Stella & Dot Pay portal to your bank account as many times as you wish throughout any given month at no cost.

Mobile App

The S&D Pay Portal Mobile app offers you the convenience and flexibility of accessing your Stella & Dot Pay Portal account on-the-go.

Receiving Payments 

Your commissions will automatically be credited to your Pay Portal account. Each time funds are credited to your account, you will receive an email notification from do.not.reply@stelladotpay.com.

After funds have been credited to your account, you can easily transfer them to any financial institution in your country or to your branded compensation card by following the steps outlined in the section ‘Using CashOut’ below. If you do not set your CashOut, your funds will simply sit in your Pay Portal and not be accessible to you.

Here is an EXAMPLE of the payment notification email you will receive:

Using CashOut

You must set up your CashOut options in order for your funds to be available to you. The CashOut function is used to transfer funds to financial institutions in supported countries.

  1. Click CashOut.
  2. Select whether you would like to make a one-time CashOut or set up an automated CashOut, then click Continue.
  3. If you are transferring to a new account, enter the required account information. Please carefully verify that your banking information is correct, as incorrect information may cause significant delays to your transfer.
  4. If you are performing a one-time CashOut, enter the Amount to transfer. Enter any personal notes you would like to store on your receipt (for your records only) and click Continue.
  5. If currency conversion is required to complete the transaction, currency conversion details will be displayed.
  6. Verify the information and click Confirm.
  7. Funds will be transferred to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Setup “Auto CashOut”

The easiest way to manage your payments is to set up an Auto CashOut. Just click CashOut in your account menu, then select ‘Add Auto CashOuts’ under Option 2. Ambassadors who wish to get a CashOut every pay day should select “Daily” instead of “Monthly”.

Auto CashOut lets you transfer a percentage of your incoming funds to up to three saved cashout destinations automatically. For example, you could have 60% of your funds transferred to Bank Account A, 20% to Bank Account B, and 20% to Bank Account C.

It’s really that simple — just set it and forget it!

Payment Tracker

Payment Tracker provides you insight into status of payment transfers and anticipate when funds will arrive. When a transfer is initiated (including automatic transfers), you will receive an email with a tracking ID. Easily track and monitor the status of a payment or be notified of a transfers estimated arrival without even logging into the Pay Portal by clicking on your tracking ID provided in your email!

Once a transfer has been initiated, Ambassadors will receive a confirmation email. The email will include a transfer ID which is linked to track payment status. Click the tracking link provided to display the transfer status, summary, and any corresponding delivery dates in a new browser window

The Payment Tracking Summary shows when the payment transfer request was created, the payments transfer ID, where funds are being transferred to, and, if available, the estimated delivery date.

Status of Your Payment: This area will visually represent the funds transfer process in four steps
1. When the payment has been created or scheduled
2. If the payment is pending some action, such as account or card activation, verification for ID or tax, or setting up a transfer method
3. When the payment is processing
4. When the payment has been released

Automated Verification process

Once your earnings reach $600, you will be prompted to verify your tax ID information by following the three steps below to complete a Communications Disclosure and a Tax Identification Number (TIN) verification form (Substitute W-9). If you already have over $600 in earnings for the year, you may receive an email directly from the Pay Portal team directing you to complete these forms.  Be sure to complete the process as soon as possible as you will not be able to withdraw funds until the forms are submitted. It should take a few minutes!
