Fraudulent activity is a scary thing! Identity theft and card reproduction is one of the most common forms of theft in this day in age. This can happen with any card regardless of the banking system the money is processed through. Protect your hard earned money by keeping track of your card account balance.

 

Identifying Card Errors

In case of card errors, you can call Bancorp at 1-800-317-8847 and mail disputes to Cardholder Services, P.O. Box 5017, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5017. They allow you to report an error until sixty (60) days after the earlier of the date you electronically access your card account, if the error could be viewed in your electronic history, or the date they sent the FIRST written history on which the error appeared. They will need the following information:

1.       Your name and Card Account number

2.       Why you believe there is an error, and the dollar amount involved

3.       Approximately when the error took place

Handling Unauthorized Changes

Contact Pay Portal 1-888-376-8005 and file a dispute for these charges.
