Get ready for March Birthday Rewards – a new experience!

Our Birthday Rewards program is a way to show a little extra love to your customers during their birthday month! See below for a few reminders and announcements about our Birthday Rewards program for February, March and beyond!

February Birthday Rewards Reminders
This month, customers with eligible birthdays received a code for $25 USD/ $30 CAD off any purchase of $50 USD/ $60 CAD. The February Birthday Rewards offer is valid until 3/11 at 11:59 pm PT so be sure to reach out to any customers who have yet to redeem! 

March Birthday rewards – easier than ever to redeem!
Birthday Rewards will be simpler than ever to redeem, no promo codes needed! Yes, that’s right – starting 3/3, Customers with eligible birthdays will automatically receive $25 USD/ $30 CAD off their purchase of $50 USD/ $60 CAD valid from 3/3 – 3/31 at 11:59pm PT. The discount will automatically apply to the first qualifying order they place during their birthday rewards redemption dates.   

Customers with eligible birthdays will be notified of their special offer via email the first week of March. Ambassadors will receive a copy of the email that your customers will receive, however, to spare your inbox, we will not be CCing Ambassadors on each customer email. Instead, you can easily reference your March Birthday customers in the Lounge by following these steps on March 1:

1. Log into the Lounge and go to ‘View Contacts’
2. Select the filters: ‘Birthday this month,’ ‘customer,’ ‘host,’ and then click, ‘Apply’
3. You will then see a list of customers that have  Birthday Rewards to redeem.

Please note: In order for a customer/Host to be eligible for March Birthday Rewards she must have created a customer account on stelladot.com and entered her March birth date into the account before 3/1/20.

April Rewards offer
As always, we want to ensure that the customer programs and perks we offer both richly reward our customers while also enabling Ambassadors to have reasons to reach out and boost your sales. After reviewing our current Birthday Rewards offer in place for Q1 and partnering with our Ambassador Advisory Council to determine the best offer for next quarter, we will be updating the offer to $25/ $30 CAD off of a $75/ $90 CAD purchase in April. Raising the threshold allows you to earn full commission on these sales, rather than apply the reduced sales commission that typically applies with a deeply discounted purchase. This change will give you the chance to earn more on each sale and still gives the customer a great deal!
