This new payment plan gives us so little pqv for sales. Especially bags, clothing, and sale items. Bags and clothes are already hard to sell due to the cost, so I feel as if these are warranted for full pqv. This is REALLY upsetting since I was hoping this could temporarily be my primary job after moving. My January sales are sad due to pqv changes. Not happy.
Girls on my team are leaving because of less pqv and earnings and increased fees
Agreed. Higher prices and we receive less PQV. Not only that the thresholds for earning bonuses are higher. It’s getting redicilous!
hi Jessalynn, it is our goal to pay you as much as possible, while still covering our costs. I hope you dive in and discover you can create even more earnings here.
We made adjustments to ensure continued business sustainability when factoring in increased costs in shipping, as well as from new tariffs.
You earn more from skincare, a great amount from bags, and clothing is now .7, but much more than elsewhere. It is simply a much higher cost, lower margin category and we can’t treat it the same as jewelry. This can be your primary job- it is for many. We wish you great luck!
hi Amanda,
I hope your team sees the opportunity to sell and earn more, as well as opt-out of any premium service fees. Jewelry is the exact same PQV, and if they sell skincare, it offers more. We also offer seasonal perks plan now, in addition to monthly. I realize there is change, but this new pay plan is simple and rewarding.

Yeah I’m extremely disappointed in the changes that have occurred recently. I joined 6 months ago and did great through December. Probably won’t be around much longer though. It’s getting harder and harder to make any money… especially with the price increases. My customer base just isn’t sold on buying a plain pair of hoop earrings for $52.
hi Heather! On average, we took a 4% increase in prices we had not adjusted for some time, despite rising costs. We have faced increased costs due to tariff increases and rising costs of labor etc over the years. We believe in sustainable production and paying fair wages. I hope you understand and sell the things you love. We offer great value!
I agree!
Can someone please let us know when the new SCQV qualifications will be showing in January? Mine are currently still showing only personally enrolled Line 1 volume, not all of my line 1 volume…
Any update on when the changes will show in reports?
Thank you for these temporary pauses. Change is hard, so I appreciate a slower implementation and the thorough explanations!
