HOW TO VIEW MY STYLE CLUB CUSTOMERS AND THEIR CREDITS IN LOUNGE
Easily access your Style Club members information in your lounge contacts.
1. Log in to the Lounge and View Contacts. In the Customer Type column, Style Club members will be designated with a Style Club icon beneath Customer.
2. To view a list of all Style Club members, simply filter but Customer Type: STYLE CLUB MEMBER and click apply.
3. To view customer credit amounts and expiration dates, click the customer name and click ‘view rewards.’
4. Click on the Rewards tab to view all credits, expiration dates and amounts. Style Club Credits will be noted as ‘Style Club Credits.’ Help your customer redeem before these expire! You will be CCed on any reminder emails to let customers know their rewards are expiring.
HOW A CUSTOMER CAN VIEW THEIR STYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Customers can easily access their own Style Club membership details in their Account Details
1. Customers will need to log into their customer account and go to account details. All credits, expiration dates and amounts can be found in ‘Credits & Coupons.’ Style Club Credits will be noted as ‘Style Club Credits.’
2. Their Style Club enrollment and renewal dates can be found under ‘Style Club Settings.’
HOW TO RENEW A STYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP
The Style Club membership does not automatically renew. Customer’s will receive an email encouraging them to renew their membership 30 days, 2 weeks, and 1 day before their membership expires. Stylists will be cc’d on all Style Club expiration emails for awareness.
HOW TO CANCEL A STYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Members may cancel their membership at any time, prior to their sign-up anniversary date by contacting Customer Service Mon-Fri: 6am – 4pm PST at 1-800-920-5893 in the US & Puerto Rico or 1-866-444-7142 in Canada. Style Club benefits will continue for one year from membership purchase date even if the membership is cancelled ahead of that date.
Ambassadors can cancel Style Club on behalf of their customers by calling the Delight Center.
