Easily sign customers up for Style Club when placing their order in the Lounge! Check out our quick user video and step-by-step guide below.
Customers can also sign up themselves up by going to stelladot.com/styleclub and adding the subscription to bag or by searching for ‘Style Club’ and adding to bag, and completing the purchase process following similar steps as below
HOW-TO GUIDE
1. Log in to the Lounge and create a Customer or Hostess Order.
2. Select the type of order (Event or non-Event order) and select an existing customer or enter the customer contact information.
For this how-to, we have selected an Event order for a customer in our Contacts.
3. Let’s get shopping. Enter ‘Style Club’ in the search field and add the Style Club membership to bag. Once you add the membership to bag, you will notice a few pop up messages reminding you of the perks available such as: free Style Club welcome gift, free shipping on $100 US | $125 CA, an MEO message (for Event orders only) etc
4. Help your customer take advantage of the perks! Add $50 in product to qualify the customer for the free welcome gift and $100 USD / $125 CAD in product for free shipping.
Please note: the Style Club membership does not count toward the $50 welcome gift threshold or the MEO threshold.
5. Once you have at least $50 in product in bag, you will notice a pop up prompting you to redeem your customer’s free welcome gift.
- Click ‘Choose Gift’ to view the welcome gift styles and add to bag.
- Please note: Availability of welcome gift styles are while supplies last and cannot be returned or exchanged. New styles will be added at the company’s discretion.
Once you add at least $100 US | $125 CAD to bag, the $6.95 shipping cost will be deducted at checkout.
For Event orders, don’t forget to add any MEOs!
Click view bag/ checkout to continue.
6. Click “view bag/ checkout” to review order details and discounts.
7. Confirm all shipping details on the checkout page. The Standard Shipping rate will be deducted.
Please note: if your customer wishes to select one of our expedited shipping options, we will deduct the $6.95 US | $10.95 CAD from the shipping cost. Simply select their preferred shipping method and click continue.
Enter payment details and complete the order as normal! The Product Credit earned will be added to Style Club members accounts within 24 hours of placing an order.
- At this time customers will only be able to view Product Credit earned within 24 hours in their Account Details. This will not be shown on the order confirmation screen or in their confirmation email.
PLACING ORDERS FOR YOUR STYLE CLUB MEMBERS
It’s easy! The process for placing orders for Style Club members is the exact same as placing any other order in the Lounge. Our site will recognize Style Club members and will automatically deduct their shipping fees with a $100 US| $125 CAD purchase.
Please note: while the free shipping will deduct automatically on all orders, on the day of sign up only, free shipping on subsequent orders after the first order will not kick in until 24 hours after sign up so we recommend waiting to place any additional orders.
The Product Credit earned will be added to Style Club members accounts within 24 hours of placing an order.
- At this time customers will only be able to view Product Credit earned within 24 hours in their Account Details. This will not be shown on the order confirmation screen or in their confirmation email.
Style Club member perks will stick with their account so if you have a customer who is a Style Club member and she shops with another Ambassador (or vice versa) she’ll still enjoy the same perks!
