EVER Preorders

The EVER Body Renewal Regimen launch on Tuesday, 6/22 is now preorder only. 

The EVER Body Renewal Regimen launch on Tuesday, 6/22 will function a little differently. Select products will be available for preorder only, shipping the first week of July. Other products and bundle components will ship immediately in June if ordered. 

How will this affect PQV earnings?
Some of the regimen and bundle products will ship out the day ordered, meaning Ambassadors can score some PQV in June!

• Body products that are currently in stock will ship out immediately once ordered: Lavish Nourishing & Firming Body Oil, Lavish Ultra Rich Body Butter and Polish Lemon Sugar Body Scrub – sold separately and in the Body Renewal Regimen. 
• Consisting of the Body Lotion and Daylight Tinted Moisturizer, the Face & Body Luminous Duo will also ship separately depending on how the customer customizes the bundle. The Body Lotion will ship in the first week of July and Daylight will ship on the date listed on the product page depending on the shade selected.
• Lavish Ultra Hydrating Body Wash and Skin Perfecting Mineral Lotion (SPF) will be available for preorder and will start shipping the first week of July. These two items will ship together if ordered together. 

If a customer orders the Body Renewal Regimen, they will receive the in stock products immediately and the Body Wash and Skin Perfecting Mineral Lotion in early July. This will provide Ambassadors with some June PQV to hit their goals!

Why preorder?
We were alerted that there is a driver shortage in the Northeast that is causing a delay with our EVER Body shipment. Because of this, we will be launching all EVER Body products on preorder.

We are aware and deeply sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. The second the products hit our warehouse, our team will work as quickly as possible to ship it out to you and your customers. 

How do I place a preorder? 
The EVER Body product pages will go live in the Lounge and stelladot.com on 6/22 at 9am PT. Customers and Ambassadors may ‘ADD TO BAG’ and check out as usual.

When will customers be charged for their preorders?
Customers will be charged on the date items ship. 

Can a preorder be canceled? 
Yes, in most cases, a preorder can be canceled up to the day before items are in stock by contacting the Delight Center. Bundle orders need to be canceled 2-3 business days in advance.

Do we anticipate selling through all our inventory during the preorder period? 
We are not expecting to sell out, however it is not possible for us to fully predict.

Will the new EVER Body products be available on Subscribe to Save?
Unfortunately due to the preorder functionality, Subscribe to Save will not be available while the items are on preorder. Once the products are in our warehouse and shipping out, Subscribe to Save will be available! 

Can customers use their Discovery Kit bounce back codes on EVER preorders?
Yes, they can! Customers may redeem their bounce back offer ($20/$30 CAD off of a $100/$125 EVER purchase) on preordered products.

Can customers use Product Credit on preorders?
Yes!
