Why is EVER not included in the Flash Sale? This makes me sad as someone who is EVER-centric. I know you’re working hard to make sure EVER doesn’t fall on the back burner – but wouldn’t it make sense to make sure all three brands are represented?

I would love to see an EVER product included in this sale. We are three brands and I feel like as a KEEP designer it may be easier to get EVER newbies to shop if they can try a product on sale. 🙂

This is why Ever specialists (ambassadors) feel like the odd man out. I thought the idea was the bring the brands together yet EVER is left out again. Not everyone wants to focus on STELLA and Keep. Just doesn’t make sense.
As an EVER Specialist, I agree that EVER should be part of the sale.
I agree with Jill on this one. I am a Founding EVER specialist and have been with EVER for almost 4 years now. It would be nice to be treated equally as part of the “Family of Brands”, not like an afterthought.

I’m assuming since EVER is a totally different product category altogether, there just may be different margins and sales/returns considerations that may make it difficult to treat EVER the same way as S&D and KEEP in terms of sales/promos/discounts? I would think if they would, they could, but there must be something standing in the way of them doing that.
As am EVER specialist, I agree with Jill. I have sent in at least 2 different emails requesting information on whether or not we will have a skin quiz in the future. I have received no response. My customers are feeling left out, because most benefits are with the other companies. Not all “ambassadors” feel apart of the “family.”
Are 2 of the 3 brands chosen each month?
So possibly EVER & KEEP the following month???????

In response to the concerns with EVER being excluded…. with my previous retail experience as a buyer and having a retail merchandising degree, and looking at the PVQ and even our discounts, I have a feeling that the markup for EVER is minimal, meaning if we discount/promo the product, the company would actually lose money. It’s the same reason that EVER isn’t included in the 50% off sampling with product launches. I would love EVER to be included as well, but I think it would end up costing the company money when you combine promo PVQ+commission.
Yes agree. They’ve explained to us before that the markup is much less for EVER, so if we want them and us to stay in business we need to understand this.
Can we get a bit more details on the Monthly Flash Sale – for upcoming months ( I like to plan ahead!)

Well this will be fun! Thanks for the creative marketing. And I’m thrilled that EVER is not in the Flash sale. I don’t want my customers waiting to purchase because they are hoping it’s going to go on sale. I want them on S2S for automatic replenishment.

It would be cool if EVER tools could be part of flash sales, so the brand is represented— just not STS products.
I’d much rather see something like Style Club members getting free EVER samples with their orders!

I agree with including EVER! If you want people to try it, give them a deal and let them love it then maybe they’ll turn into a STS customer afterward!!!
