SMS GENERAL FAQs

Anyone visiting stelladot.com from their mobile device will be greeted with a pop up with instructions on how to opt in.  

A few 411s:

  1. On average, we plan to send no more than 1-2 messages per week to text subscribers and will adjust as needed based on customer response.  
  2. At this time we will not be able to link to your PWS within text messages. However, customers should be cookied to your site and we will drive customers to their Ambassadors to shop and answer questions! 
  3. At this time, Ambassadors will not have visibility into which customers are opted into SMS.
  4. Shareables will be accessible in Mimi on Tuesday, September 22 for you to share to encourage customers to opt into text.

Customer-only offer: score 15% off!

SMS is now LIVE in the US & Canada and we’re bringing back our opt-in offer. As a thank you to customers who choose to opt in into receiving texts from us, they will receive a promo code for 15% off full-price orders of $100USD/ $120 CAD or more.  This is an ongoing campaign and promo codes will be valid through June 3oth at 11:59pm PT.  

Please note: 15% off codes will not be shared with or valid for Ambassadors.

Are there any exclusions from the $100USD/ $120CAD threshold?

Gift cards, Style Club membership, and enrollment kits and enrollment Product Credit add ons will not count toward the $100USD/ $120 CAD threshold.

Are there any exclusions from redeeming 15% discount?

Sale items, auto-ship orders, gift sets, gift cards, charity items, all regimens, out of stock styles, backordered styles, Starter Kits, and Style Club Memberships are excluded from the 15% discount.

Can my Hosts use Host Rewards, Half offs and Style Club credits towards this purchase?

Yes, credits will be earned on the discounted price. Hostesses and Customers can also redeem rewards on the same order. Credits will be applied before the 15% discount.  Items purchased with a Hostess Half off coupon will not qualify for the 15% off promo.

Can this be combined with any other promotions?

Sale items, Birthday Rewards, Monthly Exclusive Offers, and Subscribe to Save purchases will contribute to the $100/ $120 CAD minimum threshold to redeem, but will not receive a 15% discount.  

The total in the cart, after all promotions and discounts have applied, must be greater than $100USD/ $120 CAD to be eligible to receive the 15% off discount with promo code on full priced items. 

Can I use my Ambassador discount on top of the promo?

No. This offer is only for valid for customers. 

Can products purchased during this promotion be returned?

Yes, our standard return policy applies.  Please note, all personalized engraved styles cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Subscribe to Save: Can Customers stack the discount on top of a first time subscription at check out?

Yes, if a customer is subscribing to a new product to get 10% off, their promo code may still be applied at checkout for an additional 15% off. However, they cannot apply the 15% discount to orders already on subscription. 

How will I earn PQV/Commission during this promotion?

You will earn PQV & Commission. Amount will all be based on the discounted price of the item. 

Can I earn Referral Rewards on this promotion? 

You and your customers can earn Referral Rewards. Rewards will be based on the discounted price of the item. 

Can I place this order for my customer?

Yes, you can place a customer order in the Lounge. They will need to share their promo code with you.

Will adjustments be made for prior purchases?

No, there will be no adjustments for prior purchases.
