Earning S&D Dollars: May 27th, 2021 9am PT – June 18th, 2021 at 11:59pm PT
For every $50 spent during the earning period above, the customer will receive 1 coupon worth $25 S&D Dollars. S&D Dollars are awarded via a promotion code, which will live in the customer’s account page within 24 hours after the customer places an eligible order. Ambassadors may not earn S&D Dollars on their personal orders.
What items are excluded from S&D Dollars Earn?
Customers can earn S&D Dollars on almost everything! Exclusions include Starter Kits, Gift Cards, Host ½ off items, and Insiders Club Membership.
Can I earn SD dollars on auto-ship orders?
Yes, customers can earn S&D Dollars on auto-ship order through Subscribe To Save. Only orders that ship during the Earn Period will receive codes to be used during Redeem. Please note that any codes earned will have to be redeemed on a separate order from your autoship order.
What items are excluded from S&D Dollars Redeem?
Customers can redeem S&D Dollars on almost everything! Some exclusions include our new line, some Ever bundles, Starter Kits, Gift Cards, Insiders Club Membership, charity styles, auto ship orders, out of stock styles, and backordered styles. Items that go out of stock or become available for backorder during Redeem will also be excluded. Other exclusions may apply. S&D Dollars coupons will only be issued for orders placed during the earning period. If the order is placed before the earning period but the item(s) in the order ship during the earning period, you will not earn coupons for that order.

How are S&D Dollars earnings calculated?
S&D Dollars earnings are calculated from your order subtotal, AFTER all promotions and discounts, and before shipping and tax. You will not earn S&D Dollars on Starter Kit or Gift Card purchases.
How will I know how many S&D Dollars I will earn from my order?
The amount of S&D Dollars you are eligible to earn for your order will be displayed in cart during checkout and on the order confirmation page. Any additions or deletions will affect the S&D Dollars total. The final S&D Dollars award amount will be displayed in your order confirmation email and on the Order History page in your account.
If I place multiple orders during the earning period of 5/27/21-6/18/21, will all orders qualify for S&D Dollars?
Yes! We will keep track of how many S&D Dollars you’ve earned per order and will provide the individual promotion codes on your account Page. S&D Dollars are calculated and earned based on an individual order and not the combined spend across orders.
When and where will I receive my S&D Dollars redemption codes?
All S&D Dollars redemption codes will be available on your S&D customer account page within 24 hours of placing an eligible order. You can access codes in your account by going to My Account Settings, and then Credits & Coupons. We will notify you via email when it is time to redeem your codes.
What if I don’t have an S&D customer account?
If you don’t have an account with us, don’t worry! Just reach out to your Ambassador. They can retrieve your codes for you.
Does using Store Credit reduce how many S&D Dollars I earn?
No, Store Credits will be counted when calculating how many S&D Dollars you will earn on an order.
I am a host. Can I earn or redeem S&D Dollars on my host Order?
Yes! As a Host you can earn S&D Dollars and Host Rewards on your host order during the earning period. Coupons earned based on total after all discounts and credits are applied. Items with Host 1/2 off discounts applied are excluded. Hosts can also redeem their Host Rewards in combination with S&D Dollars. Please note: The order total must meet the $50 minimum amount to qualify for $25 S&D Dollars.
How do gift cards work with S&D Dollars earn and redeem?
During the S&D Dollar earning period, you will not earn S&D Dollars when purchasing a Gift Card. Using gift cards during redeem will work as normal (acts like cash).
Will S&D round up and donate on orders that use S&D Dollars?
Yes, S&D will round up the change on your order total (after all credits, discounts, tax, and shipping have been applied) to the nearest dollar and donate that amount in cash or products to our giving partners.
Will I still get my S&D Dollars promo codes if I’ve opted out of receiving your marketing emails?
You will receive your initial redemption email prompting you to log in to your Account Page where you can access reward codes on the start date of redemption regardless of your opt-in status. If you don’t have a customer account, you can reach out to your Ambassador, who will also have information regarding your promo code(s).

Each qualifying/redemption purchase must be made in one transaction and be at least $50 before tax, donations, shipping & handling, and after any applicable discounts. Stella & Dot Family of Brands shall determine the order of applying discounts in its sole discretion. S&D Dollars may not be redeemed for cash, toward the purchase of gift cards, or to make a donation. S&D Dollars will not be honored after the redemption period ends.
Redeeming S&D Dollars: July 2nd, 2021 9am PT – July 26th, 2021 at 11:59pm PT
S&D Dollars may be redeemed online by the customer and/or by an Ambassador on behalf of the customer. S&D Dollars may be used by the customer toward an Event order by selecting the Event Shopping Link on the Ambassador’s personal website. During the redemption period above, customers may apply $25 worth of S&D Dollars to every $50 spent. Multiple S&D Dollar promo codes may be applied to one order for each $50 spent. The S&D Dollars will be applied as a percentage discount on each item in the order. Each promotion code is valid for one use only and may not be redeemed after the end of the redemption period. No exceptions will be granted if a customer attempts to redeem a S&D Dollars code after July 26th at 11:59pm PT.
Do I need to spend a minimum amount in order to redeem my S&D Dollars?
Yes. A minimum of $50 must be spent for every $25 S&D Dollars redeemed.
Can I redeem S&D Dollars on Monthly Exclusive Offers?
No. There are no Monthly Exclusive Offers available during the S&D Dollars redeem period.
When and where will I receive my S&D Dollars redemption codes?
All S&D Dollars redemption codes will be available on your Account page within 24 hours of placing an eligible order. You can access codes in your account by going to My Account Settings, and then Credits & Coupons. We will notify you via email when you can redeem your codes in your account. If you don’t have an account with us, don’t worry! Just reach out to your Ambassador. They can retrieve your codes for you. Used coupons will be removed from the “Available” coupons list and be moved to the “Expired/Redeemed” coupons list once redeemed.
What if I don’t have a customer account?
Contact your Ambassador. They will be able to assist you in retrieving your code(s).
Is there a limit to the number of S&D Dollars I can redeem in an order?
Nope, sky’s the limit! You can apply 1 S&D Dollar code for every $50 spent, so if a customer places a $2,000 order, that customer could apply 40 codes, if she has them!
Can I use my S&D Dollars toward a purchase at an Event?
Yes! You may use your S&D Dollars on an Event order by entering your order on your Ambassador’s personal website and choosing the Event Shopping link. The Host will still earn rewards on the amount you pay, after the S&D Dollars were redeemed!
How does redeeming S&D Dollars work with Host Rewards?
During the redemption period, Hosts can combine S&D Dollars, Host Rewards credits, and Half-Off credits toward their purchases. However, $50 must be spent after applying the credits for every $25 S&D Dollars redeemed. Hosts will still earn Host Rewards on the amount customers pay after the S&D Dollars are redeemed.
Do S&D Dollars apply to Shipping & Handling and/or Tax?
No.
What do I do if I didn’t receive all the S&D Dollars I earned?
No problem, just reach out to your Ambassador. They can help you troubleshoot and can provide support!
If I return items purchased with S&D dollars, will I get a refund, and will I get my S&D Dollars code back?
Any items purchased with S&D Dollars which are returned will be refunded at the discounted price. S&D Dollars codes will not be reactivated once used.

No, you are not able to combine the S&D Dollars Redeem with any other promotions. There are no Monthly Exclusive Offers or birthday codes available during the S&D Dollars Redeem period.
Due to the extended Redeem period, July birthday codes will be available to use during August.
I’m an Ambassador. Can I redeem S&D Dollars earned on my Events where I was the host?
No, you cannot earn and redeem S&D Dollars earned on an Ambassador Host account.
I became an Ambassador after I earned S&D Dollars as a customer. Can I redeem the S&D Dollars I earned?
No, you cannot earn or redeem S&D Dollars as an Ambassador.
Will I still get my S&D Dollars promo codes if I’ve opted out of receiving your marketing emails?

How many bonus coupons do customers and Insiders Club members receive?
For those who earned S&D Dollars, customers receive one bonus coupon and Insiders Club members receive two bonus coupons.
