Subscribe to Save simplification updates live on 3/17 at 10pm PTBased on Ambassador feedback, we are simplifying the Subscribe to Save program by removing the customer perk of a free S&D Insiders Club membership with a $100+ Subscribe to Save order. Additionally, we are adding 10% back in Product Credit for customers. All other perks that you know and love will remain the same!

Please note: Any customers who received a free S&D Insiders Club membership with their Subscribe to Save order will remain in S&D Insiders Club. They will not lose their loyalty program benefits.

We hope this update makes our customer programs simpler and easier to market!

What is the EVER Subscribe To Save Program?
Subscribe To Save is the most convenient way for a customer and ambassadors to enjoy their favorite EVER products and get better results with continued use. We automatically send their chosen EVER items based upon a frequency that they can set at 30, 45 or 60 days.

What perks do you receive through Subscribe To Save?

For Customers: 

  • 10% Off every subscribed product
  • 10% back in Product Credit (Starting 3/17 at 10pm PT)
    • Note: expires after 60 days. Added to their customer account after the two hour cancellation window.
  • Free shipping on all Subscribe To Save orders over $100/ $125 CAD (before taxes and shipping are applied, but after any discounts and credits are subtracted from the total purchase price)
  • Free S&D Insiders Club Membership. If a customer places a subscription order of $100 US/ $125 CAD, they qualify for a free S&D Insiders Club Membership. (Ending 3/17 at 9:59pm PT)
  • FREE GIFTS! Put your shopping on autopilot and get gifted, every time your EVER subscription totals $100 USD/ $125 CAD and ships within 60 days of your last.
    • Must have $100 USD / $125 CAD in EVER products on order after discounts (not including product credit) ​
    • Updates to your subscription are still eligible for the free gift if you have made the changes within the subscription management system, under ‘My Account Settings’ → ‘My Subscriptions’

How much do I earn on Subscribe to Save orders? 
Ambassadors earn full commission on S2S orders.

How does a customer put orders on Subscribe To Save?
It’s simple! Creating Subscribe To Save for an item can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe, simply select the Subscribe To Save option for your desired product, select your preferred shipping frequency and then check out as normal.

Can Ambassadors place or change orders on Subscribe To Save  for customers?
No, for the security of your customer, she must personally place/change orders on Subscribe To Save and agree to the Customer Subscribe To Save Terms & Conditions.

Can Ambassadors send a shopping bag to a customer with Subscribe To Save selected for them to complete the order process?
Yes!

How do you edit a  Subscribe to Save order?

  • For Customers: 
    Customers can make adjustments online, anytime up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order date. You can change your delivery frequency or next order date at any time. 
  1. Log into customer account 
  2. Go to ‘My Account Settings’
  3. Then locate, ‘My Subscriptions’ 
  4. They can change the date of the order, or add an item to their next S2S order as a one time addition for that shipment only. Clicking “Add Item” opens a search box for them to search for and add the add on item.
  5. Customers can see all of their active subscriptions and can cancel or edit an S2S subscription from the All Subscriptions tab on their My Subscriptions page.
  6. Customers can see all of their cancelled subscriptions on the All Subscriptions tab as well.
  7. Save changes 
  • For Ambassadors: 
    You can make adjustments online, anytime up to 24 hours before the next scheduled order date. You can change your delivery frequency or next order date at any time.

View this video or use the steps below:

  1. In Lounge, go to Account Settings > My Auto Deliveries
  2. You can then change the date of your next upcoming auto delivery order.
  3. On the All Subscriptions tab, you can edit or cancel any of your upcoming Auto Deliveries.
  4. You can also change the selected options for any subscriptions that required customizations.
  5. You can add an item to your next auto delivery as a one time addition for that shipment only.
  6. Search for an add on item and click “Add” to add to order.
  7. Save your changes

Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

If I want to order the full Regimen on my first initial order but then want to change which products are received and select different shipping schedules for each one, is that possible?
For the initial Regimen order, you will need to place the full Regimen on Subscribe To Save to take advantage of all of the savings, including free shipping. If you then decide that you do not need the full Regimen on the date scheduled, simply update or change your subscription under ‘My Account Settings’ → ‘My Subscriptions.’ To ensure updates to your subscription are still eligible for the free gift make changes within the subscription management system, under ‘My Account Settings’ → ‘My Subscriptions.’

Can you select Subscribe To Save for each product to be scheduled for different times?
Yes! Each product can be ordered and added to Subscribe To Save separately, with each having a distinct shipping frequency.

I would like to place a one-time order for a product that I do not have on Subscribe To Save, can it be added to my next Subscribe To Save order to combine and save on shipping?
Yes, you can add any product to an upcoming Subscribe To Save order and save on shipping! To add your one-time purchase, go to Account Settings > My Subscriptions and on the My Next Order tab you can add the item as an add-on item to your next subscription.

Note: No, only subscribed products will have 10% off. 

How do I cancel a Subscribe To Save or Auto-Delivery order?
You can cancel online at any time up to 24 hours before the next order date by editing your Settings:

  • For Customers: Visit ‘My Account Settings’ -> ‘My Subscriptions ’ -> and click ‘edit’ or ‘cancel’ for the particular active replenishment order you want to cancel.  Ambassadors can also help to cancel their customer’s orders. View this video for details.
  • For Ambassadors: From the Lounge go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘My Subscribe To Save’ and click ‘edit’ or ‘cancel’ for the particular active replenishment order you want to cancel.


When will Subscribe To Save orders charge and when will I know it shipped?
You will be automatically charged to the  credit card on file for each shipment on the requested schedule. A reminder email will be sent to customers 3 days before the Subscribe To Save order is scheduled to process, allowing time for  necessary adjustments 24 hours before the order date. Customers will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and an additional notification when your order has shipped.

How can I see a future Subscribe To Save order date?
This can be viewed in your Subscribe To Save settings:

  • For Customers: ‘My Subscriptions ’ located within the ‘My Account Settings’ section in your account.  Click “Edit” to adjust any product order details.
  • For Ambassadors: From the Lounge go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘My Auto Deliveries’ and click the “Edit” section to adjust any product order details.
    This is also where you will go to change your delivery frequency, next order date or to cancel.

If I add multiple products on Subscribe To Save that are each set for a different frequency, does the total of all of my Subscribe To Save orders qualify me for free shipping?
The qualification for free shipping is determined by looking at the total amount spent when the order for each product processes. If you have one or more products process on the same day, those items are combined, one order is created and the total spend for that order is used to determine qualification for shipping.

When will customers see the 10% back in Product Credit in their customer account?
Customers will see the 10% back in Product Credit in their customer account after the 2 hour order cancellation window.

When do Subscribe to Save Product Credits for Customers and Ambassadors expire?
60 days.
