Will all order types count towards the total donation?

Due to the charitable initiative related to this item, purchases made with any product credit such as Host Rewards, Gift Cards, or purchases with promotions or discounts applied, are not eligible order types for charitable donation.

Order types that are eligible to be included in the donation include:

• Customer orders from Events or website sales

• Corporate Referral orders

Orders that are not eligible toward the donation include:

• All Host orders including those with half-off Host credits

• Ambassador personal orders

• Orders paid with any credit, promotions or discounts applied

• Returns or exchanges

What commission will I receive from any items purchased within the Autism Boutique during the Autism Awareness promotion?

Ambassadors will receive commission based on the retail price of the item, and the point multiplier for charity items (which is 0.6). Utilize the Pay Plan documents or Understanding Sales Points documents found here to understand which items receive which points.

For example, the 0.6 point multiplier is in effect on all SKUs in the Autism Boutique. This means if the retail price of the item is $25 then the PQV and PRV on the item would be 15.

When is the last day to purchase from the Autism Awareness Boutique to benefit the HollyRod Foundation?

The last day to order will be April 30th at 11:59 pm PT. Orders placed after April 30th will not go towards the donation for the HollyRod Foundation. If these items are still in stock, they will continue to be available to purchase after April 30th, however the proceeds will not go to the HollyRod Foundation.

Can I create my own social media assets for this partnership?

We love the creativity Ambassadors bring to every aspect of their business, including on social media. However, because this promotion benefits a charity, both Home Office and Ambassadors have to follow certain charitable sales and brand marketing guidelines at all times:

  • Please only promote the HollyRod Foundation  – Autism Awareness campaign with our Home Office created assets.
  • You are welcome to use the words “HollyRod Foundation” on your MIMI customized marketing materials and in your communications.  However, please do not use any charity partner logo on any custom MIMI assets or communications.

How much has Stella & Dot Family of Brands raised towards Autism Awareness and what have the funds supported?

Since Stella & Dot Family of Brands partnered with the HollyRod Foundation 8 years ago, we have donated over $798,000 to the HollyRod Foundation! The funds generated from this partnership have helped fund RJ’s Places in children’s hospitals and autism centers across the U.S. and Canada. RJ’s Places provides technology for children living with autism and to create a refuge for siblings who must accompany their brother or sister to treatment. As the HollyRod Foundation enters a new chapter, our donations will help support their Los Angeles flagship RJ’s Place focused on family support services and vocational training for adults on the spectrum entering the workforce like Holly’s son RJ who works for the LA Dodgers. Additionally, HollyRod will work in collaboration with previous grantees to share best practices and bring resources based on the collective of their strengths.
