To track an order, begin by logging into your Ambassador Lounge, and follow the steps below:

1.  Go to the “Orders & Shop” tab on the menu bar and click on “View Orders & Returns” from the drop down menu.

2. In “Placed Orders,” find the order you are interested in tracking by using the Filter or Search features if you need a little extra help.  Once you have located your desired order to track, click on the Order Number.

3. On the next page, click on the numbers after “Track this order” to track the shipping status of your entire order.
