Once an order is placed, you have 2 hours to cancel before it begins processing. You can also cancel an order from Dottie! If you wish to edit order details, you will need to cancel the order and place the order again. After 2 hours, no changes can be made to an order. See details below.

Follow the steps below to Cancel an Order in Lounge:

1.  First, log into your Ambassador Lounge. Go to the “Orders & Shop” tab from the menu bar and select “View Orders & Returns” from the drop down menu in order to view all placed orders, saved orders and returns.

 

2. Now you are on your Order History page, which includes all of your personal orders and your customer and Host orders as well either in “Placed Orders” or “Saved Orders”. If your order was placed after August 14th, 2017, it will be located in “Placed Orders” and if the order was placed prior to August 14th, 2017, it will be located in “Saved Orders”. Find the order that you want to cancel and click on it’s blue Order Number to begin the canceling process.

3.  Check to make sure the order you selected is the order that you want to cancel before clicking “Cancel Order” on the far right hand side. Below “Cancel Order” you will be able to when your 2 hour self-cancellation window closes.

4. To officially cancel your order click “Yes”.

5. After you officially cancel your order, the page that the order information was once on will go completely blank, but don’t worry, that just means your order has been successfully cancelled!

6. If you want to make sure your order has been documented as canceled, return to “View Orders & Returns” in the “Orders & Shop” dropdown menu. Whether you remain on the “Orders” page or click on the recently cancelled order to view the order’s details, the status of your recently canceled order should be “Cancelled”.

To cancel in order in Dottie:

Simply go to the Event Summary screen and tap on the order details. There will be a ‘cancel’ button displayed if the order is within the 2 hour window. After following the prompts to cancel, orders will then say “cancelled” on the summary screen.

Reminder: Dottie charges the customer’s credit card immediately (rather than after 2 hours like with lounge orders) so a canceled order will show as a transaction and then a refund on the customer’s statement.
