Customer How-to: Changing Your Preferred Ambassador

Customers who wish to change their Preferred Ambassador can do so quickly and easily! Find the steps below as demonstrated in the video.

  1. Log into the customer account
  2. Go to ‘Account Settings’
  3. Go to the ‘Preferred Ambassador’ section
  4. Click ‘Change my Preferred Ambassador.’
  5. Search for the name of your Preferred Ambassador and click on their name.

Ambassador How-to: Find out if you’re a customer’s preferred Ambassador

You can view if you are a customer’s preferred Ambassador in two ways. Follow the steps below and check out the video for a step-by-step walkthrough. Please remember, the Preferred Ambassador field can change whenever a customer places an order, books a show or goes into her account settings and changes her preferred Ambassador there.

  1. Log into the Lounge.
  2. Go to ‘Contacts.’
  3. Click on the customer’s name. If you are their preferred Ambassador, you will see “You are the Preferred Ambassador” underneath her contact information. If you are not the preferred Ambassador, you will not see any text.

  3. Export your contacts.
  4. In the export file, you will see a column that says “Preferred Ambassador.” In that column you will see a “Yes” or “No” for each of your contacts.
