It’s launch week at S&D and there’s lots to be excited about around here! We are checking in with our promised sampling update to help you plan your reach outs.
Our Keepsake collection is making major waves. Did you know that we sold a Keepsake item every 10 seconds on the first day of sampling? This chic and elevated line is proving to be a huge sales opportunity for Ambassadors and we are so excited for the success to come!
While you are now aware that we may sell out of certain Keepsake SKUs relatively quickly during customer launch, please know that each product that sells out will go on backorder immediately with a mid-April ship date, just in time for Mother’s Day!
As mentioned, we placed a very large reorder on 3/3 that will arrive mid-April. This reorder is even bigger than our original order! Our goal is to stay well stocked in Keepsake items throughout the rest of the year.

As a reminder, we reserve inventory for Ambassador sampling and save the rest for customer launch in order to preserve inventory for you to sell.
As you sample through 3/10, you will likely see certain Keepsake products move to out of stock status, but do know that they will be back in stock tomorrow, 3/9 for S&D Insiders Club launch.

Please note that when these SKUs come back in stock on 3/9, they will not be available for 50% sampling. You can use your Ambassador 25% off discount.

Let’s keep up the Keepsake momentum. Even if certain SKUs sell out quickly, they’ll be back and they’ll be sticking around! Taking backorders will set you up for future success depending on when the ship date is.
