We wanted to address the feedback we have received around quality concerns with a few of our January accessories and new packaging.
Essential Hammered Ring Sizing
We have heard some feedback around the Essential Hammered Ring fitting smaller than our other rings. After auditing the units at our Fulfillment Center, we can confirm that sizing is in line with the rest of our ring assortment.
However, its double band design, shape, and the way it spans across more of the finger (compared to most of our other rings) impacts how it feels. Based on your finger size and shape, the ring may either fit perfectly or feel too tight. In general, for those whose base of the finger is narrower than the padded part above it, sizing up may be the best solution.
Momento Convertible Link Necklace
We have heard a few concerns about the Momento Convertible Link Necklace hinge. We have tested our units on-hand and will continue to investigate and share any updates as needed. It’s important to be sure you are opening the hinge properly in order to protect the integrity of the necklace.
Sommerville coloration – in case you missed it…
Oh sweet Sommerville, we love this delicate statement. A few clarifications about color:
Our re-designed fun and fresh packaging was also made with the planet in mind. However, we are hearing that in some cases, boxes are arriving damaged. We are working with our packaging vendors on a solution that is environmentally friendly while protecting the integrity of the packaging and the precious goods in it. In the meantime, as of 1/20, we have paused using padded mailers for accessories in new packaging and will be shipping all new accessories in boxes to better protect shipments.
