1/28 Update- Ever insiders Club Renewals
We wanted to share a quick update to what we shared earlier this week regarding the S&D Insiders Club Renewals for the group of EVER Subscribe To Save customers who got a free membership when we migrated to one platform last year.
In the spirit of ease and simplicity for both Ambassadors and customers, we will be automatically renewing S&D Insiders memberships for the entire group of EVER customers who we gave a free membership last year during our family of brands migration. This means there was just one version of the email. Please note: this group will get member perks for one year for free but will not be given a free welcome gift.
Additionally, last year, free memberships were applied in batches so those who were emailed will get their membership extended in February. There will be a second group who is up for renewal in March. They have yet to receive any emails and we will revisit messaging to ensure their emails are clear from the start.
Based on feedback from Ambassadors and customers about Ever customer receiving Stella & Dot emails, we sent the clarification emails from Ever Skincare, Ambassadors were CCed.

Let’s talk S&D Insiders Club Renewals. See below for updates on renewal perks and clarification on renewal reminder emails that were sent in error today to the group of EVER Subscribe To Save customers who got a free membership when we migrated to one platform last year.
Customers can earn a free renewal the same way they can earn a free membership: with an EVER Subscription order of $100 US/ $125 CAD. Order must contain one subscription item and a total of $100 US/ $125 CAD EVER products in cart.
We currently offer a 30% off coupon upon renewal. In order to reduce complexities amongst competing offers and ensure customers are not cancelling existing Subscribe To Save orders in order to redeem this coupon by stocking up on EVER, we will be sunsetting the perk effective February 1. Those with codes already in their customer account will be able to use until the expiration date.
Whether S&D Insiders pay for their renewal or earn a free renewal, they will enjoy a year’s worth of perks and a free gift – check them out!
Renewal reminders will be paused starting 2/1 until messaging is updated.
We sent an email in error today to the group of EVER customers who received a free S&D Insiders Club membership last year when we migrated to our unified platform. Ambassadors were CCed.
How we are addressing:
By Wednesday, 1/27, we will be issuing an email correction (2 different versions outlined below) and CCing Ambassadors to provide clarity and next steps.
Because the renewal process may be confusing, we will auto-renew anyone from this VIP group who has qualified for a free renewal.
To: EVER customers who got a free S&D Insiders Club membership in February 2020 and has qualified for a free membership/ renewal (EVER Subscription order of $100 US/ $125 CAD) since October 1
To: All other EVER customers who got a free S&D Insiders Club membership in February 2020
We will also be updating all existing “Style Club” messaging to S&D Insiders Club within the next few weeks.
