Let’s make the holiday full of sales instead of stress! It’s the biggest shopping season of the year, which also means it can be the busiest time of year at our Fulfillment Center and Delight Center. Check out the tips below to help you prepare.
Our Fulfillment Center team is all hands on deck to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible! However, as we head into peak season, please be prepared for a 1-3 business day delay (7-10 business days total processing and shipping time) for all orders. While many packages will deliver without delay, shipping carriers are experiencing a surge in volume due to an increase in online shopping and have suspended their service level agreements and shipping guarantees.
Our best advice? Encourage customers to get their gift shopping done as early as possible and place orders by our designated standard shipping cutoff dates for orders to arrive by Christmas.
We will check back in December with a shipping update to provide any additional guidelines as we approach the shipping cutoff dates.
