As we head into Fall and some of our busiest months ahead, we will be providing you with a monthly shipping update to help you stay better informed about any current shipping delays or issues impacting our carriers.
Due to increased order volume and the impacts of COVID-19 and tropical weather; a small percentage of our shipments could be affected. Standard carrier transit times are expected once orders ship, however, there are certain areas that may see a 1-3 business day delay (7-10 business days total processing and shipping time). We are working as quickly as possible to mitigate these impacts while also taking increased safety measures to protect our customers, employees and adhere to CDC guidelines.
