Account & E-marketing Suite renewal extensions
To help reduce additional financial burdens, we want to offer you a little extra time to pay your renewal fees. For those who have account renewal or e-marketing suite renewal fee due between Friday, March 20 through April 30, we will auto-extend your renewal dates by 60 days and your plan will continue on its scheduled cadence from there.
If you have already paid your renewal fee in March to avoid deactivation but are experiencing personal hardships and need to defer your most recent payment, please email the Delight Center at email@example.com with the subject line “Renewal Extension.” Include your name, email, ID and the date your renewal payment was originally due and the Delight Center will make sure you receive an extension.
Nordstrom sale – we’re price matching!
We are in very unprecedented times where businesses are doing all they can to sustain revenue and protect jobs. We learned today, right along with many of you, that Nordstrom is offering a 25% off sitewide sale. While Nordstrom has a very tight assortment of our products (about 10%) and only a handful of each item, we know every sale matters!
Starting Friday, March 20 at 9am PT/ noon PT, we will price match the products on our site that are available in Nordstrom through the duration of their limited-time sitewide sale. Full assortment will be reflected here with the discounted price on Friday, March 20 by 9am PT/ noon PT : US | CA. Prices will be combinable with the BOGO sale, however, the Delicate Heart Necklace will be excluded from price-matching as this style is a part of our charity boutique. Ambassadors will earn full PQV and PRV on the discounted price of the item.
