Hi Ambassadors, 

We wanted to share a few updates and tips to help as you prepare for this week’s launches and address some of your recent feedback. 

KEEP Engraving Update
Get excited: engraving will be available on the KEEP-It Heart Arrow Locket Necklace in Rose Gold and in Silver by the end of day on 2/6! 

KEEP Collector’s Edition Images
In the spirit of transparency and commitment to deliver on what we promise, we apologize for not delivering quality CE images fast enough and are working to correct our process for future launches. We agree our bar for quality images needs to be as high as it is for our product design. Our timing of delivery must be in advance so you don’t have to come looking for it and can instead spend your time nurturing teams, customers and designing. 

Find updated KEEP UGC images below to share on social. You’ll also find them in Mimi tomorrow morning. 

Tips for smooth guest checkout (KEEP and EVER customers)
As a reminder, KEEP and EVER customer accounts will migrate over in phases from mid-late February to early March. In the meantime, if your customer cannot remember her login information and you want to be sure you get credit for the sale, not to worry – there are multiple ways to successfully check out a customer! 

• Have her check out as a guest and choose you as their Ambassador (how-to video below)
  • Customers add items to their cart
  • Go to your cart and click ‘Checkout’
  • Click the ‘+’ next to ‘Shopping with an Ambassador’ 
  • Customer types in your name and confirms with you that she has the correct Ambassador 
  • Continue through checkout process as normal
• Create new accounts for customers in seconds
• Place her order in the Lounge for her
• Have her reset her password – please remind her to check her spam/junk folder for the password reset email 

Please remember that when customer migration is completed, if your customer has more than one account, both accounts will merge together. More details about customer account migration will be shared in the coming weeks.
