Is there a way for customers to receive their birthday reward codes if they have not opted in to receiving emails?
How can we help our customers who may not have had the emails activated on their accounts and they have a birthday reward available this month??

When will new debit cards be issued? Yes, I know you can bank transfer which would of been an option but since I changed bank accounts and did not change it on My Keep pay. Now I can’t add my new bank.

I have a similar question to others above. How can I help my customers who are not opted in to our emails? I received only seven (7) “copy” emails with customers’ codes (presumably those who are opted in?), but I have 40+ customers with birthdays for whom I am the Stylist of choice! I don’t see their codes in their profiles under Rewards. Can they see them in their online profiles, even though I can’t? Help!

Up to now they have changed roughly every two months, although initially they said it would be quarterly. Hope that helps!

Why are sets in swag shop but excluded from swag shop?
I got emails that were sent to some – but not all – of my birthday month customers. Why did some not get emails? Is there any way to find their codes?

I have a customer (EVER) who would have received her birthday rewards end of November and with the change, she’s not seeing her rewards when she logs in. I’m not seeing anything specific on this issue. I’ve emailed support, but have not received a response yet.
