We wanted to share a quick sampling update as well as address some of the common issues we have been hearing from you and how we are working to resolve!
The January Collections are receiving rave reviews and it’s only the beginning! There are a few products that are particularly on fire and have exceeded our sales expectations. To preserve inventory for you to sell to your customers, we will be pausing 50% off sampling on the below products and they will also be excluded from the 75% off jewelry coupon:

75% off Jewelry Sampling Coupon
If you earned the 75% off jewelry sampling coupon, please ensure you purchase the pass in the same order as your jewelry samples. Your full sampling jewelry order must be placed in the same order as the coupon. Coupon cannot be redeemed another time. Scroll to the bottom of this page to view a quick how-to video (coming soon to Self Made University).
Sample return policy
As a reminder, Ambassador sample purchases at 50% off or more must be returned within 14 days of the ship date and items purchased at 25% off must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Find more information in the Returns FAQs.
To give you visibility into your customers Birthday Reward codes and allow you to easily follow up and help them order, we will send Ambassadors a copy of each Birthday Reward email that was sent to your January Birthday customers opted into email. If you have multiple customers with birthdays this month, you will receive multiple emails. Emails will be sent by end of day, Friday, January 10th.
KEEP & EVER Customer Accounts and orders
Our tech team is working to quickly and accurately transfer all customer data to our new site with a target of end of January/ early February. As soon as we have more details, we will share an update.
We realize EVER and KEEP Ambassadors are particularly concerned about ensuring orders are properly credited. A few things to note:

KEEP-It Lock missing charms
We have received a few reports from customers who have purchased KEEP-It Lock necklaces and have lost one or more of the charms they have chosen to pair with the necklace. If you have a customer who is in this boat and is requesting a replacement charm, we are happy to process. However, we ask that they request a replacement for the necklace and the missing charm(s) and send back the necklace so we can address any one-off quality issues with our vendor. Our QA team has not uncovered a widespread issue with the necklace itself but we want to further investigate these one-off issues. Once we receive the necklace at our fulfillment center, we can process the replacement per our usual practice.
Canadian look books
We’ve heard your feedback and are so sorry for the expensive shipping charges for Canadian look books. We are working to find a better alternative for getting look books to Ambassadors in Canada and should have more details by the end of the week. Stay tuned!
