Getting Paid in 2020

Social Retail is almost here! It’s a new beginning for S&D, and, it’s just the start! We can’t wait to kick off 2020 with our new Social Retail platform while continuing to bring you more enhancements throughout the next year and beyond. 

Get ready for tax season – action needed by 12/31

As we prepare for the upcoming tax season, it’s important that we have an updated W9 and Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number on file for all Ambassadors. By 12/31, please log into your Pay Portal, find the Resources tab and then click on Tax Documents. Simply provide your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number on the form and electronically sign by typing in your name.

While we’ve worked tirelessly to make this launch as smooth as possible, as with any major launch, there may be a few bugs or issues that surface. Know that our teams will be on it! We are here to help you along the way and are staffed up to address what may come. For any questions or concerns, the following resources are available:

1. Refer to the New Site Prep Quick Reference Guide and FAQs for key need-to-knows.

1. Resources and Help & Support articles: On 1/2, the new lounge will be available at lounge.stelladot.com. In the Resources section of the Lounge, you’ll be able to find everything from product and program information to media images, your calendar and help & support. With all training moving to Self Made University, our Resources section is getting a refresh to streamline information and make it easier to find what you are looking for. As always, you will be able to access this information from the lounge, however, the links to the different informational pages will be changed. Please plan to update any bookmarked pages as needed. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Post a discussion question in the Discussions section of Help & Support. 
2. Open Office Hours: We’ll be on the line this week if you have questions! Dial-in at the following times to https://stelladot.zoom.us/j/9400594005.

                 – Friday, 1/3 at 10:30AM PT 

1. Self Made University: Your go-to place for all training and information about leveraging our programs in 2020 to drive your business. 
2. Your Delight Center – All informed by your Help & Support tools but something’s not working as it should? Contact the Delight Center to solve individual cases. Need to reach us during site downtime? It’s best to email us at service@stelladot.com

– Get all orders in and complete any prep actions outlined in the Quick Reference Guide before each brand’s respective site downtime, at which point our sites, lounge and Mimi will be unavailable.

Getting Paid in 2020
Your December 2019 end of month payout will be made on January 6th. This payout and all future payouts will be made to Ambassador accounts in the Stella & Dot Hyperwallet portal at www.stelladotpay.com.

• Stella & Dot Ambassadors: Log into your Hyperwallet account as usual!
• KEEP and EVER Ambassadors: Your existing account and all information will be transferred to the Stella & Dot Hyperwallet portal by 1/6. Simply log in with your same Hyperwallet login information as on your previous portals. If you have an existing Pay Card in use, we will transfer funds and reissue a new card to you in January. This means, once your Pay Portal transfer occurs, your existing Pay Card will be deactivated until you receive your new one. However, all funds will be available to transfer as you choose in the Pay Portal.
• Your 1099 will be available by January 31, 2020. You will receive your 1099 for 2019 in your S&D Pay Portal Account.
• Ambassadors with accounts in multiple brands: an email will be sent to you this week with more details on where to expect your payouts and updates to your Hyperwallet accounts.
